Winemaking Notes: Half of the volume of this Seyval Blanc was fermented in stainless steel, half fermented in neutral French oak barrels. Fermented to dryness, with no secondary malo-lactic fermentation allowed.
A floral nose, complimented by aromas of pineapple, citrus and banana. With a soft mouthfeel, this bright and rich wine is reminiscent of White Bordeaux blends.
