80% of this wine was fermented and aged for five months in neutral French oak barrels. The balance was fermented in stainless steel. Fermented to dryness, with no secondary malo-lactic fermentation allowed.
Intense aromas and tastes of green apple, followed by generous acidy and a full mouthfeel. Notes of lime zest and lemon shortbread cookies compliment this unique Grüner-one of the few Grüner ‘s offered in SW Michigan!
