Winemaking Notes:
Only the higher quality press fractions from two separate Riesling lots were retrained for this dry Riesling. Fermented to dryness in stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks.

Tasting Notes:
A delicate Riesling, with aromas of white flowers and peach. Hints of lime zest and jasmine are accompanied by pear and honey.

Pairings:
Shellfish, onion tart, garlic, simple salad with pears, quiche.
