The Chambourcin was fermented on the skins for 3 days for brilliant color, and then pressed. Fermentation finished in stainless steel tanks. 20% Grüner Veltliner added to enhance wine viscosity and balance.
Cranberry on the nose, followed by lush notes of Sweet Tarts, cherries & raspberries. This dry Rosé is sure to please!
