Each component of the Inaugural Red was fermented individually to dryness on the skins in small batches and punched down twice daily. After 3-4 weeks of skin, each lot was pressed and moved to 1-2 year old French oak barrels. A full malo-lactic fermentation and 18 months of aging before bottling.
