Winemaking Notes:
Each variety was fermented individually to dryness on the skins and pressed after 2-3 weeks of skin contact. A full malo-lactic fermentation, and 13 months of aging in neutral French oak barrels. 

Tasting Notes:
Notes of blueberry, leather and cinnamon compliment this easy drinking red blend. Can be served room temperature or slightly chilled. 

Pairings:
Pizza, burgers, turkey & cheddar cheese. A very versatile & food friendly red.
