Winemaking Notes: Only the light press fractions were used to make this light and refreshing Kabinett style Riesling. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, some residual sugar was retained to balance the generous natural acidity.
Tasting Notes: Flavors of peaches, lemon, green apple, and flint. Impeccable balance of fruity sweetness and crisp acidity. Serve at 40 to 45°F
Recommended Food Pairings: Summer salads, fresh seafood, grilled pork chops
