Winemaking Notes:
In this wine, the Traminette adds intense floral aromatics while the other three varieties contribute to viscosity, complexity, and lively acidity. The components were blended prior to fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve natural sugars and fruitiness.

Tasting Notes:

A nose of jasmine and lemon are followed by lively honey notes. A semi-sweet wine that's sure to please!
