Winemaking Notes:
Primarily fermented in stainless steel, but a fraction of this cider was fermented in neutral French oak barrels for complexity. 

Tasting Notes:

Notes of apple pie and candied pear compliment this easy drinking cider. Made with local Michigan apples, we added a touch of spritz which adds to the drinkability of this off-dry cider.

Pairings: 

Soft cheeses, including cheddar and goat cheese, Asian cuisine, and lightly sautéed shrimp.
