Winemaking Notes: This rosé was made by draining off a portion of pink juice after 24 hours of skin contact. The wine was barrel fermented to dryness, and then moved to stainless steel for finishing. Only 288 bottles of this wine were produced.
Tasting Notes: Grapefruit and candied oranges with a rich viscosity. Serve at 45 to 50°F
