Winemaking Notes:  This is a world class Pinot Noir, made from one of the best vineyards in the Midwest.  30 days of skin contact before pressing.  The wine was aged in new and used French oak barrels for 9 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:   Cherry pie, baking spices, generous tannins
